Our new property matrix consumes Leaflet bounds natively with .getSouthWest() minification protection, preventing spatial queries from bleeding into OOM crashes. Furthermore, every single property listing can now bind verifiable Agent Licenses, proving explicitly to the network that a broker is 100% legitimate before you ever enter the transparent lead generation pipeline.

Bento-Box Discovery Modules

We realized standard "Square" grids were visually stale. The new discovery pipeline supports intelligent VIP asymmetric detection.

If a business is tagged as Sponsored, it automatically overtakes 2 columns of spatial rendering (col-span-2), transforming the grid into a gorgeous, dynamic magazine-style layout. When you hover over an asset, a raw React listener intercepts your exact cursor geometries—calculating a perfectly mapped radial glow spotlight that physics-tracks your mouse across the grid.

Live Gamification Leaderboards

Engagement matters. We completely stripped the static leaderboards and introduced advanced visual staggered rendering blocks.

We injected a massive "Live Gamification Engine Active" pill onto the dashboard to dictate real-time metrics tracking. As businesses collect organic reviews, telemetry ticks, and Walk Score expansions, they are surgically mapped onto our Trust Logic loop.

Turso DB & OpenAI Embedding Search

None of this speed would be functionally possible without our massive Edge-Database migration to Turso SQLite.

Rather than sending search requests to distant servers, the entire platform runs perfectly integrated F32_BLOB(1536) dimensional arrays embedded natively next to the relational data. When you type conversational NLP queries, we use OpenAI text-embedding-3-small geometries to find semantic matches globally—lightning fast.
